By becoming a Cone 10 Sponsor, your brand will be at the forefront of the 2027 Fire & Flux Ceramics Conference on October 27 & 28, 2027 in Rochester, NY at the RIT Inn & Conference Center.

Cone 10 Sponsorships are limited to 3 and will...
1. Have branding on all digital & print marketing.
2. Have branding posted prominently (with clickable links) on the Fire & Flux website.
3. Have prominent branding at both conference entry points.
4. Have prominent branding displayed at the Main Stage.
5. Host one of the evening cocktail party/pop-up cup sales or opening day welcome.
6. Be provided a 20' x 30' booth space.
7. Be provided with 2 complimentary hotel rooms for 3 nights.
8. Be provided with 12 Conference Exhibit Passes.
9. Have access to catered VIP Green Room for all Cone 10 Sponsor Pass holders.
10. Option to be only exhibitor with your primary product.
Sponsorship Cost $7500
The first annual Fire & Flux Ceramics Conference will take place in Rochester, NY on October 27 & 28 of 2027. Exhibitor load-in will be on October 26 with an exhibitor welcome cocktail party that evening.
The conference will host approximately 1000 guests from around the US and Canada. Our goal is to keep this annual conference at the RIT Inn & Conference Center and expand to other annual locations throughout the US. As a Cone 10 Sponsor you will also have first opportunities to grow with us as we expand and create something special.
